Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise.

✦ General Terms ✦
Commissions are first come first served, and take 1-3 months to complete, but it may take less or more time depending on queue placement and circumstances.
I have the right to decline commission requests.
Will draw: fanart, OCs, people, animals, props, simple backgrounds
Won't draw: NSFW & fetish, gore, problematic content, mecha
Please note that I work on commissions during business days (Mon to Fri, GMT+8)
✦ Payment ✦
Full payment is due upfront except for orders above $100, in which case I'll need only 50% upfront and the final 50% will be due before rendering.
Modes of Payment (USD or PHP): PayPal, GCash, Maya, Ko-fi, BDO
Rates will increase or I may charge a licensing fee for commercial use.
No refunds once the commission is placed.
✦ Process ✦
General workflow: Sketch > Flat Colors > Render > Animation (if applicable)
I will typically send updates throughout and ask for feedback after the sketching and flat color stages.
Updates will be shown through watermarked screenshots of the work. I will send the clear image file of the finished work when there are no more revisions
Communication will be done through email or VGen dms (for VGen users). Please let me know if you prefer a different platform and I'll see what I can do.
✦ Revisions ✦
First two revisions are free (during the feedback stages). I am open to minor revisions while rendering but excessive amounts or big revisions will cost an extra fee.
There will be no revisions for animations for animated illustration commissions, only mistake fixes.
Revision Fee: +20-50% of total rate per revision

I reserve the rights to the art and may use it for self-promotion. Copyright does not transfer to the client (I will still follow any NDAs made)
Do not claim the art as your own.
Using my art for NFTs or A.I. is strictly prohibited.
You may not use my sketches or WIPs for tracing, templates, heavy references, or as a base to create another work.
✦ Commercial Use ✦
Please discuss details with me first if you wish to use my art for commercial purposes.
Examples include the type of use (streaming or physical/digital products), how it would be sold (one-time event in a specific country vs. indefinitely in an online store, etc.)
Terms may be different or a contract may be needed depending on the commission.
