An invoice will be sent if your order is accepted. Full payment is due upfront unless the rate exceeds $80, in which case only 50% will be due upfront. Sketching starts after the initial payment is settled.

Typical workflow: Sketch > Sketch Feedback > Flat Colors > Colors Feedback > Final Render.

I will show updates with watermarked screenshots of the artwork throughout the commission. I will send the clear image file of the finished work through email after the final payment.

Revisions: Max. 2 free revisions may be made before rendering. Additional revisions will cost 50% the final rate.

Modes of Payment (USD or PHP): PayPal, GCash, Maya, Ko-fi, BDO

Will draw: fanart, OCs, people, animals, props, simple backgrounds

Won't draw: NSFW & fetish, gore, problematic content, mecha, furry

Refunds: in the event an order is cancelled, a fraction of the final rate will be refunded based on the current stage of the work at the time of cancellation:

Commissions are first come first served, and takes 1-5 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the work and surrounding circumstances. Rush orders will have an additional fee.

Most communication is done through email. If I don't respond within 1-2 working days the email likely didn't go through, in which case you may also DM me on socials.

I have the right to decline commission requests.

Rush Orders: I will prioritize your order for an additional 50% of the final rate. We will also need to discuss the deadline first before I can accept!

Please note that I take weekends and holidays off by default, but I may still choose to continue working and send updates.

You may post or print for personal use but please do not claim the work as your own.

I reserve the rights over the artwork and may use it for portfolio or social media posts.

You may not turn the art into NFTs nor feed it to AI programs/generators. These do not fall under personal use and therefore not covered by the rates you are paying.

I have the right to adjust any information on this site, including my rates. Rest assured that these adjustments won't affect agreements made prior to the changes.
